Fitness Programs

Our goal is to help our athletes succeed in meeting and exceeding their fitness goals. We provide a non-judgmental, family-friendly, and reluctantly competitive environment where everyone can workout at their own pace. There is no one-size-fits all. Our programs are designed to guide individuals down his/her own personal path to improved performance and quality of life.


These small group classes are led by certified coaches ensure athletes receive adequate instruction before and during each workout. We take a back-to-basics approach with our program teaching body weight movements (i.e. pull ups, push ups), powerlifting and Olympic lifting techniques, and conditioning.  Each workout presents athletes of all levels with mental and physical challenges help them surpass their fitness goals. All workouts are scalable according to experience level and athletic ability.

Olympic Lifting

This class is designed to help everyone at all levels improve their Olympic lifting skills. It will be breaking down the Olympic lifts (Cleans, Jerks and Snatches) down into their components to improve our overall technique.

Open Gym

Athletes should use Open Gym hours to work on elusive skills (i.e. muscle-ups, double-unders, pistols, chest-to-bar pull-ups, toes-to-bar, ring dips, etc.),practice and refine Olympic Lifts (Cleans, Snatches, Jerks), and perform basic lifts (Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, etc.) to improve strength or make up a WOD from the week that they have missed.
