9AM - Open Gym and Free Intro Class
10AM - Specialty Movements (Olympic Lifting)
11AM - Saturday Sucks WOD (Just like any other WOD only more so)

Sunday

11:30 - Yoga
1 - 3PM - Open Gym

*No 7PM on Fridays
