First, try one of our FREE Intro Classes

CrossFit Woodbury offers free introduction to CrossFit workouts on Wednesdays at 6pm and again on Saturdays at 10am. All ability levels are welcome.

Next, complete the CrossFit Woodbury Basic Training Program

Completing CrossFit Woodbury’s Basic Training program is the next step to beginning your CrossFit journey. CFW asks that all new clients complete our Basic Training program before joining our regularly scheduled group classes. We do this so that you are confident that you know the proper technique for the major movements and Olympic lifts that are regularly done during the workout. Additionally, it will help both you and CFW understand your needs and abilities so the workout can be properly scaled for you.

The Basic Training program has 2 options:

Option 1 consists of 6 one hour sessions, one on one with a CrossFit certified Coach. These classes can be scheduled to best meet your needs. Just contact us and we’ll help you set it up. The cost of this option is $240

Option 2 is 6 one hour sessions in a small group setting (1-6 athletes) and is currently being offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7PM. Other times can be arranged. This option is included in your first months dues of $150
