Death By 10 Meters

With a continuously running clock; run 10m the first minute, 20m the second minute, and keep adding 10m per minute until you are no longer able to complete the required distance in the minute allowed.

Make sure you emphasize warm up and recovery. Prepare for the CrossFit Open on Friday.
