1 Complex  = 1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

1 Back Squat

1 Behind the Neck Shoulder to Overhead

-OR-

1 Squat Clean Thruster

1 Back Squat Thruster

 

All 7 Complexes Must Be Completed WITHOUT Resting the Bar on the Ground. This includes any ReGrip. Touch and Go on the Floor ONLY!
