50 Jumping Pull Ups

50 Kettlebell Swings 35/26

50 Walking Lunges

50 Knees to Elbows

50 Push Press 44/33

50 Back Extensions

50 Wall Ball 20/14

50 Burpees

50 Double Unders


Dirty 30!

Same as above just 30 instead of 50. This will be a good option if you are new to CrossFit, or if you are familiar with this workout and just aren't feeling it.
