4 Rounds For Time:

Run 400m

Rest 2 Minutes

Then Max Rep Pistols

1. If you have good pistols and can alternate more than 10 of them consecutively, then Max Out on one leg and then the other.

2. If your pistols are not all that great, then Max Out alternating legs each rep.

3. If you don't have any pistols yet, then work on pistol progressions.
