Back Squat 5-5-5
Focus on receiving the Clean in the partial squat power position. Weight in the heels and butt back in a position that could naturally end up in a squat. Avoid plunging the knees forward when receiving the bar.
This is a workout that should be in the 4-8 minute range. Please scale accordingly.
