8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work; 10 seconds of rest.

Set up intervals on Rower prior to starting.

Score is total meters rowed.

Then take 15 minutes to establish a 1 Rep Max Bear Complex.

Bear Complex is 1 Clean; 1 Front Squat; 1 Shoulder to Overhead; 1 Back Squat; 1 Behind the Neck to Overhead.

Then Death by 10 Meters

With a continuously running clock run 10m the first minute; 20 meters the second; 30 the third... until you are no longer able to complete the required number of meters in the minute allowed.
