The CrossFit Games Open begins in 2 weeks. We have been discussing our strategy to make sure that we put up the best scores possible. The workouts will be released on Wednesday evenings and we will perform them gym wide on Thursday. And then those of you that would like to try it again will be given that opportunity during Sunday's Open Gym session. Following this the bar will be open and commiseration and celebration will commence until we either run out of refreshment, or everyone decides to go home.
Having done the Open every year that it has been in existence we strongly encourage all of our athletes to sign up and give it your best shot. This year there will even be a scaled category, so there is no excuse for not joining in on the fun. Having a large cheering section on hand is always good motivation for getting that one more rep. So, please, sign up. It's the time CrossFitters worldwide get to gather together in cyberspace and get our WOD on!
