Try the above movements with one hand and then see if you can do a set with both hands simultaneously. Feel free to use your off hand to protect yourself during the Bottoms Up Press. DO NOT DROP THE KETTLEBELL ON YOUR HEAD!!! Dropping it on the floor is OK though.

Kettlebells will be set up near the whiteboards. Away from the 10 Meter line. Use different legs on the turns and touch the line with one hand.
