**New Saturday Schedule**

Effective Sat 1/31 our new Saturday schedule will be:

9:00am - Barbell 101 (Basic barbell movements and a metcon)
10:00am - Olympic Lifting (Focus on clean & snatch techniques)
11:00am - Saturday Sucks (A badass workout that anyone can do) 

 

Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

The object is to increase the load with each lift.
