Snatch 1-1-1 (CrossFit - Chad Vaughn, 285 pound Snatch)
Clean & Jerk 1-1-1 (CrossFit - Chad Vaughn, 315 pound Clean and Jerk)
Warm Up and Practice the lifts thoroughly. Then Use a Maximum of 3 Attempts to Establish a 1 Rep Max in each of the Lifts. Successes and Failed Reps are included as Attempts.
