Wednesday is our "rest" or active recovery day.  Athletes may do the met con programmed or make up a workout that they've missed during the week.  If you need assistance getting set up, please ask your coach.  Don't forget there is Yoga tonight at 6pm.  Free to CFW members and $8 for drop ins.
