"Toss Your Turkey Partner WOD"
50 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)
50 Snatches, 75/53
50 Box Jumps, 24/20
50 Thrusters, 75/53
50 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
The movements are split however the teammates choose. Only one partner will perform the movements while the other partner holds the "Turkey" (Med Ball 20/14).
The "Turkey" must be Tossed between the partners, it cannot be handed.
If a "Turkey is dropped each partner will perform 5 penalty burpees with only one partner moving while the other partner apologizes to the "Turkey".
