Take a few minutes to work on your one legged squat. You can try Band Assisted, Squatting to a Box, or Squatting off a Box.
Max Effort Pistol
If you already have pistols do a Max Effort Set of Pistols either consecutive each leg or alternating, or both.
Then Death by 10 Meters
With a continuously running clock run 10m the first minute, 20m the second minute, 30 the third until you are no longer able to complete the number of meters required.
