3 Rounds Max Rep Handstand Push Ups

These can be combined, so you will complete a round of Deadlifts and then after a short rest complete a round of Hand Stand Push ups. Do this until you have completed all 3 Rounds.

Then Using the Rep Scheme 3-6-9-12...
