Shoulder to Overhead 165/110

Movement can be anything from a Squat Clean Thruster to a Muscle Clean, Front Squat, Split Jerk. The only requirements are that the barbell starts on the ground; comes to rest on the shoulders and passes through the bottom of the squat and ends up overhead - arms locked, knees locked and hips open.
