Pull Up Progression Day 3

Then AMRAP 15

Run 800m (Buy In)

Then with the time remaining AMRAP 

3 Wall Climbs

10 Up Downs

5 Paralette Shoot Throughs

10 Grasshoppers (20 if you count each leg)

Walk your hands all the way in on the Wall Climbs.  Do not allow your back to arch to make up the distance.  If you cannot do wall climbs, walk up the wall as far as you can and come back down.  On the Up Downs, land softly and again do not over arch your back.
