Bear Complex 7-7-7-7-7 

 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. 

Rest as needed between sets. 

There are 2 options to successfully complete one set: 

Option 1

1 Power Clean 

1 Front Squat 

1 Push-Press 1

1 Back Squat 

1 Push-Press 

OR

Option 2

1 Squat Clean Thruster 

(Receive the bar Behind the Neck)

1 Back Squat Thruster

 Complete seven sets for one round. Increase or decrease load to complete 5 rounds total working up to your max. You can rest in between rounds. Touch and Go only on the floor between sets. Do not let go of the bar. If you do, you must restart the round.
