If you have not signed up for the open, please do. Almost 200,000 have signed up already and it absolutely doesn't matter that you are not as fit as you want to be. It is almost more fun when you do it without any expectations.
There will be no strength component for the Open WODs due to the need to run at least 2 heats per class. We will go over the movement standards before the class and you should expect to judge another athletes workout.
We will be repeating this workout over the weekend, so if you want to try and improve your score you will have until Monday evening to do so.
