Scale the movement as necessary, Scale the LOAD! Not the Range Of Motion!

That means Downward Dog on the floor or feet elevated. Head touches the floor.

Do not place Ab Mats under your head to shorten the Range Of Motion!

5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

10 Hand Release Push Ups

15 Jumping Squats
