Perform As Many Rounds As Possible - each round less than a minute - until time runs out. If you are unable to complete the round in the minute allowed, then take the remainder of the minute off and then attempt to complete As Many Rounds As Possible until you are unable to compete the round in the minute allowed; repeat until the 30 minutes is expired.
