50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

This is a partner WOD. One person performs the movement while the other holds the "Turkey" (Med Ball 20/14). Turkey must be tossed between partners every rep on burps and box jumps, and every 5 reps on snatch, thruster and chest to bar pull up. Lateral Burpee Over Bar is performed with both partners on one side of the bar. One partner hods the turkey while the other jumps over the bar does the burped and then jumps back to the original side where the turkey is exchanged.

Rx + version partners will down one shot of Wild Turkey immediately after the command; "GO!"
