He calls it voodoo filnsosg. You can use those green bands in the gym (for the shoulder guy exercies) to wrap around your arms. He also suggests a tire tube if you don't have the plastic wrap. There's tons of KStarr videos of him wrapping the band all around your body, on anything that hurts. I've seen the elbow one and it looks wicked!
